Checkers & Rally’s seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a Dayonta Beach restaurant, oversee the P&L, and drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will hire and train teams, analyze performance data, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of QSR management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to Checkers & Rally’s core values. This on-site role emphasizes leadership, profitability, and guest-first service.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred Food Safety Certification.
• Over 2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).

Mansioni

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
• Analyze data and develop plans to improve sales and profits and enhance guest service and efficiency.
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates for the right positions.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members and managers on operations, policies, procedures, and guest service.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team.
