Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant and drive sales and profits while delivering outstanding guest and team service.

You will manage staffing, training, and operations to ensure shifts are properly staffed, safe, clean, and energized. The role requires at least a couple of years in restaurant management, strong communication, and a commitment to core values like integrity and excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification preferred.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
• Basic math skills and general systems experience.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep pace in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to integrity, service, excellence and courage.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing P&L and operations.
• Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates.
• Keep shifts properly staffed for consistent service.
• Train team members and managers on policies and guest service.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback on performance.
• Ensure a safe, clean and engaging environment for guests and staff.
