Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Solid track record of success and upward career progression.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
• Ensure food and products are prepared and served to recipe and standard.
• Supervise bar operations to maximize profitability and comply with regulations.
• Achieve sales, service, quality, and sanitation objectives through leadership and training.
• Control cash handling and receipts per restaurant policies.
• Fill in where needed to maintain guest service and smooth operations.
• Prepare required paperwork and schedules in an organized manner.
• Maintain equipment and facilities through regular inspections and maintenance programs.
• Schedule labor to meet activity and manage labor costs.
• Administer corrective action for policy violations.
