Dunkin' Donuts is seeking motivated General Managers to lead the Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins teams across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. Start as a Management Trainee with paid training and progress to General Manager, with clear certification bonuses and a lucrative compensation package.

Base pay starts in the mid-40s to mid-50s, plus up to $500 monthly bonus, weekly bonuses, year-end bonuses, and referral incentives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed correctly.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach team members to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans for improvement.
• Execute product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Complete regular restaurant inventory and financial reporting.
• Complete weekly schedules ensuring shifts meet guest demand and service standards.
