Dunkin' Donuts is seeking motivated General Managers across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan to lead restaurant teams, uphold brand standards, and create a guest-focused culture.

From Management Trainee to General Manager, you will be trained, certified, and eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

This role offers base pay starting in the 46k–56k range, plus monthly, weekly, and year-end bonuses, with full health, retirement, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Willingness to complete paid Management Trainee program.
• Ability to recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
