Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management; leadership preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and contribute to decision making.
• Experience in cash handling and inventory management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Guest-first environment to ensure guest satisfaction, repeat business, and a respectful setting.
• Hire, coach, and retain Restaurant Managers and hourly staff; develop employees’ knowledge and skills.
• Direct restaurant operations to meet Denny’s brand standards for food and facilities.
• Develop local store marketing plans and build community relationships.
• Analyze financial and operational reports; identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Ensure security and asset protection, compliance with policies, and appropriate issue resolution.
