Ideal candidates have prior restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering a Sub Above experience.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience is required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest focus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze operations and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operation and performance of the restaurant.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Create a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and respect.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure every customer receives a 'Sub Above' experience.
• Drive sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Ensure consistent execution of Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support restaurant performance.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards.
• Develop future leaders by coaching Crew Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Build strong relationships within the local community while representing the Jersey Mike's brand.
• Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to achieve operational goals.
• Partner with your Regional Manager to continuously improve results and develop your team.
