Qualifications

• Must have 4–6 years of leadership experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant.
• Strong ability to recruit, train, and develop staff; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, and inventory with a focus on profitability.
• Excellent communication, planning, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff; enforce policies and procedures.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees; evaluate performance.
• Shape restaurant culture and drive employee engagement.
• Coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards.
• Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives.
• Oversee P&L, food and labor costs, inventory, and security procedures.
• Ensure OSHA and health/safety compliance and asset protection.
