Job summary

Applebee's in Lake Worth, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant's day-to-day operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. As a hands-on leader, you will guide a management team, support crew members, and uphold brand standards while fostering a positive work culture.

You will monitor food safety, quality, and service, achieve sales objectives, manage costs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ current experience in Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)
