Job summary

Applebee’s is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive sales, and ensure top guest experience. You will direct and supervise managers and teams, uphold standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety, and partner with leadership to achieve profitability goals.

The role requires 2+ years of management in foodservice, a high school diploma or GED (degrees preferred), and strong communication with staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required. An associate or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
