The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to brand standards, and strong financial oversight of P&L. Expected workweek is 40–45 hours with a competitive base salary and potential profit-sharing to reach 70k+ annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in fast-casual or QSR environments.
• Proven ability to lead a team with guest-centric focus and train staff.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and full P&L control.

What you need as a Restaurant General Manager:

• 3+ years as a General Manager
• Ability to handle a BUSY location and uphold brand standards
• Experience with quality fast-casual brand or similar concept
• Understanding of restaurant financials and experience with full P&L control
