Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in the United States (North Carolina, Supply area) to develop, support, and lead the restaurant team.

You will be accountable for sales growth by upholding high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with a constant focus on profitability. You will interview and hire staff, manage labor costs, train the team, and design development plans to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff based on company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train management and crew using the current training system; evaluate performance.
• Develop individual development plans to improve performance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and product quality standards; handle guest concerns.
