Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a Taco Bell restaurant in Dayton, OH. You will mentor a team, drive world-class operations, and lead profitability with strong financial discipline and customer focus.

The GM ensures quality food, training, and adherence to DRG values, while coordinating with Area Coach and DO to maintain high standards and a thriving restaurant culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam and maintain current health card.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation and clean criminal background check with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities
