Job summary

McDonald’s Uniontown is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume restaurant and uphold McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You’ll lead Department Managers, coach staff, and ensure fast, friendly service daily.

The role requires prior general managerial experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality settings. 18+ years old and a strong team player are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven general management experience, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired.
• Willingness to hire, coach and develop Department and Shift Managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant to meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Set goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them.
• Lead Department Managers, provide coaching and direction.
• Ensure staffing to meet sales and profit goals and high service levels.
• Oversee Front Counter, Drive-Thru, and Kitchen operations to deliver fast, accurate service.
