Taziki's Café is seeking experienced restaurant managers to lead a team at our Birmingham-area locations. You will oversee daily operations, maintain guest-focused service, and ensure quality standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of management experience.
• Food Manager certification to be obtained shortly after starting.
• Strong leadership, guest service, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Review store P&L and assist in scheduling to hit cost goals.
• Master menu knowledge and supervise guest service.
• Set the tone for shifts and give clear directions to staff.
• Mentor and evaluate team members and drive quality development.
• Support or operate stations when needed, including kitchen.
• Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and health department standards.
• Follow alcohol handling policies and ensure proper food storage.
