Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Alabama Madison location. You will manage guest service, staff performance, and cost controls while upholding high standards of food quality and safety.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for fresh Mediterranean cuisine. This role offers a full-time schedule with growth toward ownership and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• 1–3 years management experience.
• P&L knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Food Manager Certification required soon after start.

Responsibilities

• Review store P&L, assist in scheduling, and help GM reach cost goals.
• Master menu and product knowledge.
• Serve guests and build connections.
• Set shift tone and give clear directions to staff.
• Supervise staff and develop crew through coaching and evaluations.
• Support or cover kitchen stations when needed.
• Assist GM with interviewing, onboarding and training new employees.
• Follow cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintain Health Department standards and alcohol handling procedures.
• Maintain hygiene, uniforms, and appearance.
