Job summary

Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a store manager to lead daily operations, control costs, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will set shift tone, coach a team, and uphold food safety and quality across menu items.

The role requires upper management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coach staff. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of upper management experience.
• Strong work ethic, passion for fresh food, and guest service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
• Experience with restaurant P&L and cost control.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and general computer literacy.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, retain, and motivate quality employees.
• Must have or obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after starting.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing your store’s P&L and path to cost goals.
• Writing weekly staff schedules to balance people development and labor costs.
• Setting the tone for shifts with clear directions and goals.
• Mentoring staff and managing crew development, motivation, training, and evaluations.
• Being an expert in Food Safety and maintaining standards.
• Mastering menu and product knowledge.
• Preparing catering orders with your team.
• Supporting or working stations, including kitchen.
• Ordering products, supplies, and produce; screening and onboarding hourly employees.
• Proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Serving guests and building meaningful connections.
• Maintaining Health Department standards throughout each shift.
• Following Alcohol Handling policies and procedures.
• Ensuring proper food handling and storage of products.
• Maintaining hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
