Job summary

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is looking for a seasoned restaurant manager to lead daily operations in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. You will drive performance, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards while guiding a diverse team to deliver high-quality Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.

Walk-in applicants and internal candidates are encouraged. This full-time role emphasizes cost control, staff development, and a strong commitment to food safety and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years management experience.
• Must obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after beginning employment.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Review store’s P&L, assist in scheduling, and follow GM directions to reach cost goals.
• Master menu knowledge and product quality.
• Lead guests with meaningful connection and supervise staff.
• Set shift tone and give clear directions.
• Mentor and develop crew, manage training and evaluations.
• Support or work stations when needed (kitchen included).
• Assist GM in interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Ensure cash handling and payment procedures are followed.
• Maintain Health Department standards and alcohol handling policies.
