Bojangles Restaurants Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant teams in delivering exceptional Southern hospitality and guest experiences.

You will drive traffic, sales, and profitability by maintaining a customer-centric culture and coaching staff to meet the brand standards. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of management experience, English fluency, and the ability to manage 50-hour work weeks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with coaching mindset.
• Experience onboarding employees at all levels.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Cash handling and bank deposits experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver WOW guest service and uphold guest satisfaction.
• Develop and supervise staff to ensure excellent service and culture.
• Monitor inventory and P&L performance to drive profitability.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Engage with the community and recruit to support growth.
