Job summary

Bojangles Restaurants Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality.

The GM will drive traffic, sales, and profitability while upholding a customer-centric culture and an outstanding guest and employee experience. Responsibilities include developing teams, ensuring adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems, and managing daily operations to meet performance targets and service standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience

Responsibilities

• People: Communicate effectively with guests and team members; onboard new team members; adhere to systems and processes.
• Performance: Maintain standards; empower teams to WOW guests; reduce RM with proper manager walks and process execution.
• Profit: Increase same store growth; understand P&L; manage inventory; ensure safety and cleanliness.
