Bojangles Restaurants Inc. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead restaurant teams in delivering exceptional Southern hospitality. You will drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a guest- and employee-centric culture.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage a large, fast-paced team, and a commitment to adherence to company systems and processes. Weekend shifts and a long work week are typical, with ongoing leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience and onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.

Responsibilities

• People: communicate effectively with guests and teammates; mentor new members and uphold company systems and processes.
• Performance: ensure adherence to BoFood/BoLabor; drive WOW guest service and address gaps.
• Profit: grow same-store sales; understand P&L; manage inventory and safety standards; support LTO initiatives.
