Job summary

Bojangles Restaurants Inc. in Gastonia, NC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant teams in delivering Southern hospitality and WOW guest service.

You will drive traffic, sales, and profitability by coaching staff, maintaining guest-focused culture, and ensuring safety and quality. This role requires at least 3 years of management, English proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work a 50-hour week across varied shifts.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsibilities
