Bojangles Restaurants Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant teams, drive guest satisfaction, and boost sales while maintaining a strong customer-centric culture. You will oversee operations, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring adherence to BoFood and BoLabor standards.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in management, are English-proficient, and can manage a 50-hour work week across flexible shifts. Join us for leadership growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 50-hour work week.
• Onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional guest and employee experience.
• Drive traffic, sales and profitability in our restaurants.
• Maintain a customer-centric culture and uphold BoFood/BoLabor standards.
• Manage inventory and safety compliance.
• Participate in LTO lifecycle training and POP deadlines.
