Job summary

Bojangles Restaurants Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Florida to lead a restaurant team in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality.

You will drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a guest-centric culture and outstanding guest and employee experiences. The role requires leadership of the team, adherence to systems, proactive development opportunities, and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure we meet guest expectations and brand standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.

• Reduce R&M through manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation of opportunities.
• Engages and fosters external community relationships including recruitment and sales growth.
