Job summary

Bojangles Restaurants Inc. in Rock Hill, SC seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences that embody Southern hospitality.

You will drive traffic, sales and profitability by maintaining a customer-centric culture and coaching staff across shifts. The role requires at least 3 years of management experience, English fluency, and the ability to manage operations, inventory and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with coaching mindset.
• Experience onboarding employees at all levels.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Cash handling and bank deposits experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel and lift 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities
