Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an excellent full-time General Manager to partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive front- and back-of-house performance.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for growing the business. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant settings.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, and schedule team members with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; manage performance.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, enforce policies.
• Communicate with District Manager on operations and HR issues.
• Perform restaurant inspections and manage inventory records.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and health standards are met.
• Own new responsibilities; add value to job accomplishments.
