Qualifications

• Restaurant supervisory experience required.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, assign and schedule team members with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel and discipline staff in collaboration with DM and HR.
• Set clear job expectations, monitor performance and enforce policies.
• Communicate operational and HR issues promptly with the District Manager.
• Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food preparation issues and handle customer service with courtesy.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards and comply with health regulations.
