Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager for the Glass Light Hotel & Gallery location. You will lead the F&B department, ensuring safe, efficient operations and delivering high-quality products and first-class service.

With at least 5 years of supervisory experience and a Serve-Safe certification, you will manage a skilled team, drive profitability, and uphold our commitment to health, wellness, and hospitality excellence across the property in Norfolk, VA.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ related work experience required, with management or supervisory experience preferred.
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Serve-Safe Certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Food and Beverage department in a safe, efficient manner to provide high-quality products and first-class service.
• Supervise staff to ensure guest service excellence while promoting profitability for the hotel.
