Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and process payments.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain a clean front desk area.
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation as needed.
• Follow safety policies and ensure guest belongings are secure.
• Support housekeeping to prepare rooms for occupancy.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on industry developments.
