You will manage finances, scheduling, and training, ensure compliance with ServSafe guidelines, and build community relations while maintaining cleanliness and a professional image across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management in a high-volume environment with focus on customer service.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Ability to train and coach staff.
• Able to work a full-time schedule (approximately 50 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed profitability goals.
• Oversee kitchen and Front of House to ensure guest satisfaction.
