Job summary

Burger King in Calera, AL is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a team and own the results. You’ll drive profitability, guest experience, people development, and daily operations with support from your District Manager.

Responsibilities include managing P&L, staffing 20–45 employees, scheduling, training, and upholding brand standards while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong grasp of P&L management and profitability drivers.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
