Job summary

Burger King in Calera, AL is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a team of 20–45 employees and own the restaurant's profitability and guest experience. You’ll be supported by the District Manager as you drive operations, coaching, and local marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has restaurant management experience, strong P&L skills, and a proven leadership ability. Evening, weekend, holidays, and extended shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
