Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Experience with Profit & Loss responsibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire restaurant operation and lead the team to deliver great food and hospitality.
• Hire, develop and train staff; conduct orientations and training plans.
• Schedule staff, manage performance, and resolve customer issues within budget and financial targets.
