Domino's Team BAM! in Carrollton, TX is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently and deliver top customer service. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure food safety while supporting a motivated team.

The ideal candidate has prior management or supervisor experience in fast food, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and financial skills to manage costs, inventory, and labor. Opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a managerial role or similar leadership experience.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in fast food/quick service is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well in a team toward common goals.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide) and quick calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
