Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store, serve customers, and support team members. You will oversee operations, cost controls, inventory, food safety and staffing, ensuring a focus on high standards and efficient service.

The role emphasizes accountability, team development, and driving sales and profitability through effective leadership and hands-on management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience or similar role required
• Customer service experience required
• Fast food/quick service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and hold team accountable
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Numerical proficiency for quick calculations
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance and punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
• Manage food safety and team member safety.
• Provide best in class customer service.
• Increase sales and profit potential.
