Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Store Operations, cost controls, inventory, food and image standards.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff; manage scheduling and training.
• Ensure food safety and team member safety protocols are followed.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and resolve issues.
• Drive sales and profitability through good leadership and operations.
