You will drive results through cost controls, inventory management, food quality, image standards, and attendance while fostering a high-performing team. The role requires prior management or supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management or supervisory experience.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in fast food / quick service is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and drive accountability.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work well in a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Strong math and numerical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive results including cost controls, inventory, food quality, image standards, cleanliness, and attendance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff members.
• Ensure food safety and team member safety procedures are followed.
• Provide best-in-class customer service.
• Aim to increase sales and profit potential.
