• Proven management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Demonstrated ability to control labor costs and read P&L statements.
• Hands-on leader who motivates and coaches a team.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required (or willing to obtain).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
