Job summary

Appone is seeking a General Manager for a Dairy Queen location in Meridian, Idaho. You will lead store operations with a strong emphasis on profitability, team development, and guest satisfaction while maintaining a 45-hour workweek and no early mornings or late nights.

Base salary starts at $48,000 per year with monthly and annual performance bonuses bringing total compensation to $66,100 annually. You will have autonomy with direct support from ownership and a focus on a healthy work-life

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of restaurant General Manager or senior assistant GM experience in a high-volume Quick-Service restaurant
• Demonstrated success controlling labor costs, managing COGS, and reading P&L statements
• Hands-on leadership that motivates a team and handles peak rush hours with composure

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor your management team and crew members to build a positive culture
• Own store profitability by controlling labor, COGS, inventory, and executing sales strategies
• Maintain top standards for food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction during peak hours
• Enforce food safety protocols and compliance with local health regulations and brand standards
