Appone is seeking a General Manager at our Dairy Queen location in Franklin to lead store operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and profitability.

In this role you’ll own daily operations, coach a high-performing team, manage P&L and inventory, and implement performance-driven initiatives. The position offers a balanced 45-hour workweek with strong earning potential through bonuses, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years as a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Assistant GM in a high-volume Quick-Service / QSR role.
• Demonstrated success in controlling labor costs, COGS, and reading P&L statements.
• Hands-on leader who motivates a team and coaches by example.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor management team and crew members.
• Own store profitability by managing labor, COGS, inventory, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain top standards for food quality, speed, and guest satisfaction during peak meal periods.
• Enforce food safety protocols and health regulations.
