Job summary

BDQ, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Nampa, Idaho. Earn up to $23.47–$24.19 per hour with predictable hours and no early mornings or late nights. Lead a team at Dairy Queen and build management skills while maximizing earnings in a supportive environment.

The role features consistent 35–40 hours per week, base pay plus tips, monthly and annual bonuses, and opportunities for advancement as the franchise grows. Health benefits and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience, preferably in fast food.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team under pressure.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and pace.
• Interest in ServSafe certification and food safety practices.

Max Earning Potential

• Starting Base Pay: $16.87 / hour
• Plus Hourly Tips: ~$1.50 / hour average ($18.37/hr base + tips)
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to $800 paid monthly (Adds +$5.10/hr on a full-time schedule!)
• Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $1,000 extra per year
• Total Yearly Earning Potential: Up to $48,000 – $50,000+ per year!

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
