Job summary

BDQ, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Nampa, Idaho. Earn up to $23.47–$24.19 per hour with predictable hours and no early mornings or late nights. Lead a team at Dairy Queen and build management skills while maximizing earnings in a supportive environment.

The role features consistent 35–40 hours per week, base pay plus tips, monthly and annual bonuses, and opportunities for advancement as the franchise grows. Health benefits and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience, preferably in fast food.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team under pressure.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and pace.
• Interest in ServSafe certification and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support crew during scheduled shifts with a positive attitude.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and high-quality Dairy Queen treats.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and daily safety standards.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and basic store operations.
