The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) ensures compliance with company standards across all operational areas, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, team management, recruitment and retention, financial accountability, and delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
This role requires standing, walking, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling regularly. Handling, feeling, reaching, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be necessary. The role may involve lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. Vision abilities include peripheral vision and focus adjustment. Exposure to cooking fumes and moderate noise levels are typical.
