Join to apply for the Burger King Restaurant General Manager role at GPS Hospitality.

We are looking for Restaurant General Managers (RGM) to join our team. Our restaurants are staffed with amazing people, and we are seeking more. The RGM leads the operation of the restaurant and is responsible for ensuring it meets GPS Hospitality standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. The RGM works with a team of managers and is incentivized through performance bonuses based on operational and financial results.

Top five responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales and profit targets each period.
2. Execute accurate projections and schedules, working all shifts.
3. Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment.
4. Hire, train, and develop service-oriented crew and shift leaders.
5. Implement and control restaurant financials, including cash and inventory.

Job duties include:

• Providing outstanding service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Hiring, training, and coaching team members.
• Utilizing GPS Hospitality systems for high-quality operations.
• Managing restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Engaging with the community and public relations efforts.
• Meeting standards for speed, safety, and cleanliness.
• Demonstrating critical thinking skills.
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment and equipment.
• Working all shifts, including weekends and late nights.
• Following all regulations, policies, and controls.
• Communicating effectively with management and staff.
• Implementing marketing promotions successfully.
• Participating in policy and training program implementation.
• Training and developing assistant managers and trainees for growth.

Minimum requirements:

• 3-5 years of GM experience in restaurant or retail.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume settings.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
