Job Title: Manager / Shift Manager at Nifty Fifty’s

As a Manager at Nifty Fifty’s, you will be responsible for running the daily functions of the restaurant. This includes completing daily, weekly, and monthly inventories, maintaining the daily and weekly schedule, and resolving customer issues to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, as a Shift Manager, you will help enhance the overall guest experience by providing outstanding customer service and making our valued customers feel like part of the Nifty’s family.

This position is available at our Warminster location and the upcoming Fairless Hills location.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Model superior guest service skills for staff to follow.
2. Train staff to uphold the Nifty Fifty’s brand standards to provide guests with a great experience.
3. Evaluate and measure staff growth within the company.
4. Enforce company policy and standards.
5. Set weekly, monthly, and yearly goals for your location.
6. Monitor bottom line, payroll, and overhead costs to ensure a profitable establishment.
7. Build guest loyalty to encourage repeat visits.
8. Interview and hire friendly employees to create a positive work environment and dining experience.
9. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of both the restaurant and equipment.
10. Maintain a program for sound employee relations and safety for all employees.
11. Set goals to improve quality, productivity, motivation, customer satisfaction, and morale.
12. Perform other additional tasks as required.
