Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead restaurant operations, enforcing policies and standards
2. Promote culture, values, and mission of honeygrow
3. Ensure a top-performing team and set a positive example
4. Perform all station functions and train staff
5. Manage cash handling and supervise financial practices
6. Oversee training, maintenance, and facility standards
7. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
8. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly
9. Maintain food quality standards and guest experience
10. Manage payroll and P&L responsibilities
11. Communicate updates and opportunities from the support center
12. Coach and develop management staff

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to meet restaurant scheduling needs
• ServSafe Certification preferred
• Minimum three years of food prep and line experience
• Management experience in fast casual preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Visual acuity and dexterity for kitchen tasks
• Comfort working near open flames and in high noise levels
