What We Do

In support of the Sales strategy for the assigned territory, develops and retains a quality residential client base of Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Agents, Attorneys, and others through new business acquisition and maintaining existing customers to maximize sales volume and potential from all markets for the division's products and/or services.

What You'll Do:

  1. Build client relationships, secure new orders, and expand business with existing clients.
  2. Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads from networking, websites, newspapers, directories, ads, trade shows, and other sources; develop and execute a call plan targeting real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys.
  3. Assess individual client needs and develop, present, and implement tailored plans.
  4. Attend real estate industry events and participate in community activities to increase visibility.
  5. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence to support sales.
  6. Create or adapt and deliver presentations to customer groups, agents, and others.
  7. Interact daily with Operations, Marketing, and Escrow teams.
  8. Communicate proactively and respond promptly to clients.
  9. Require local travel within Maryland.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and incentives based on performance.

This range is an estimate at posting; actual pay depends on various factors including experience, skills, and location.
