Job summary

KFC franchisee seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high‑performance team in Urbana, IL. You’ll own the restaurant’s success metrics and guide the team to meet goals, while delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, clean facilities, and fresh meals.

You will mentor staff, onboard new hires, and partner with other GMs and area leaders to move the business forward. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
