Job summary

KFC Franchise is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager in Petersburg, VA. You will own the restaurant’s success metrics, lead a team to achieve goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, cleanliness, and fresh meals.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff via training and onboarding, communicating goals and promotions, and partnering with Area Leaders to grow the business in a fast-paced environment. Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license required.
