Job summary

KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to own the restaurant's success metrics and lead the team to achieve goals, ensuring guest experiences that are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and meals are consistently fresh.

You will grow and mentor the KFC family through training and onboarding new team members, while leading communications about goals, promotions, and business updates. Collaboration with other GMs and Area Leaders is essential to move the business forward.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable, personal transportation is required.
